If you have any suggestions on how we can improve the way you are looked after, please put these in writing addressed to the general manager.


We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we’re aware that things can go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible. Simply contact the General Manager who will set all the necessary wheels in motion.

However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), which can often help resolve any problems before they become formal complaints.
