Complaints
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we’re aware that things can go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

A complaint may be made by the person who is affected by the action, or it may be made by a person acting on behalf of a patient in any case where that person is a child, has died, has physical or mental incapacity, in these cases, please note that person has to given consent to a third party acting on their behalf. If for any reason you do not want to speak to a member of our staff, then you can request that the Integrated Care Board (ICB) investigates your complaint. They will contact us on your behalf:
