We're being supported by colleagues from Shivas Pharmacy Limited to ensure that any carers (and/or the person you care for) and frontline workers can have their flu jab at the Carers Support Centre. Please note that during this session, vaccinations are only available for people aged 18-65 and the nasal spray is not available. Please ring in advance to book this on 020 8649 9339, option 1 or email enquiries@carersinfo.org.uk.

2-4pm: Caring and Mental Health
If you are caring for someone with a mental health problem, or struggling with your own mental health come and talk to Mind in Croydon Carers Support Service for confidential information, advice and support.
